Fitness Kick-Boxing

Now’s the time to shape up and feel great about yourself; Fitness Kick-Boxing is the answer!  Young or old, busy or bored, one must take the time to care for the only body you have.  FKB is a non-contact workout that blends the elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics into a high-energy routine.  Our program delivers a complete body workout with emphasis on cardio, sculpt and core, which increases strength, weight loss, toning and stress relief all in a 45 minute session.  The activities include combinations of punching, kicking, jumping, bag work as well as hand weights or resistance bands for a complete workout.
