 Welcome to American Karate & Fitness. We are located in Wentzville Missouri and have been serving St. Louis since 1974!. We offer Martial Arts for the entire family, ages 4 and up. Additional programs include adult Fitness Kick-boxing and private training for Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Fitness and self-protection tactics. Our vision has always been to help our students to enhance their lives through our Martial Arts and Professional Training.
Whether children, teen or adult our objective is to improve their focus, confidence and quality of life. As an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, we offer a variety of programs which include School Safety Seminars, Realty Safety, Self-Protection and Fitness seminars.
